• Being transparent about criteria and methodology, and setting clear expectations on the quality of documentation
• Providing accessible information about materials and substances in products – as part of the customer's own work with requirements and documentation
• Encouraging improved product documentation from suppliers – for example, by clarifying the need for supplementary data
• Offering consulting support to help structure and follow up work related to product information and documentation in construction projects
• Adapting our tools to align with current legislation and external standards
• Continuing to reduce our own environmental impact through internal processes and office operations
