    Miljöbyggnad (Sweden Green Building Council)

    SundaHus supports several indicators related to materials and circularity within Miljöbyggnad, for both versions 3.2 and 4.0. In the SundaHus logbook, projects can collect together all their building products and see if they fulfil the requirements for Miljöbyggnad. The indicators supported by SundaHus are Indicator 9 (Phasing out of hazardous substances), Indicator 13 (Circular material flows) and Indicator 15 (Logbook of construction products). SundaHus continuously updates its support in line with new versions of Miljöbyggnad.

    Svanen (The Nordic Swan)

    SundaHus supports the Nordic Swan Ecolabelling of detached houses, apartment buildings and school and pre-school buildings. The system simplifies the complex criteria for Nordic Swan Ecolabelling and makes them easier to implement in practice. To make project work more efficient, SundaHus also has an integration with the Nordic Swan Ecolabel's House Product Portal (Nordic Swan Ecolabel HPP). This means that project participants only need to create a list of building products, materials and chemicals that are included, if SundaHus is used in the project.

    BREEAM-SE

    SundaHus provides support for both BREEAM 2017 and BREEAM v.6. The areas covered by SundaHus within BREEAM-SE are linked to Health and Wellbeing and Materials. Under Health and Wellbeing, there is support for HEA02 (Indoor Air Quality), and under Materials there is support for MAT03 (Responsible Sourcing of Construction Products) and MAT07 (Hazardous Substances).     Filters in the SundaHus logbook

    In SundaHus, there are several filters that can be used to detect or warn about construction products of a certain type. If you can't find the right filter for your needs, please contact us and we can organise it.

    Common filters are:

    • EPD-filter, which shows whether or not a construction product has an Environmental Product Declaration
    • EU-taxonomy filter, which shows whether or not the construction product complies with the EU Taxonomy.
    • Climate declaration filter, which shows which construction products must have a climate declaration according to legal requirements specified by Boverket (Swedish National Board of Housing, Building and Planning)..


    There are also filters that show which products contain the following materials or substances:

    • PFAS
    • PVC
    • PUR insulation
    • Pressure treated wood
