If you are a property owner and need a product assessed for your property project, you can do this via our ProductStory subscription.

However, we recommend that you ask the supplier of the product to have the assessment carried out. If you, as a property owner, choose to have the product assessed, it is your responsibility to ensure that you have all the documentation necessary to allow the assessment to be carried out.

In a product assessment, the product is assessed using the SundaHus assessment criteria. The assessment results in the product receiving a specific assessment letter, based on our assessment criteria, which shows how well it fulfils the SundaHus criteria. The assessment results can then be matched to the environmental and certification requirements (e.g. Miljöbyggnad, DGNB, BREEAM and Nordic Swan Ecolabel) for your project.

For each product assessment, you as a customer take out a ProductStory subscription in accordance with our general terms and conditions. ProductStory includes one (1) assessment, one (1) reassessment every (5) five years and visibility in the SundaHus ProductStory database.

The fee is SEK 240 excl. VAT per product and year + the fee for the selected assessment type, as shown below.

Assessments

ProductStory is for a calendar year and the subscription period is renewed for twelve (12) months at a time on 1 January each year. Customers have the right to cancel their subscription by no later than three (3) months before the end of the current subscription period.

Example

You start a subscription for a product on 1 June. You are thus charged a subscription fee for 6 months. Your subscription is then renewed on 1 January of the following year and you are charged for a full year.
In the above example, your subscription runs for 6 +12 months, i.e. 18 months.
