Warranty Mode
Stay in control even after a project has been completed with Warranty Mode. All documentation is stored securely and clearly, so you can quickly find the right information when needed. The function enables continued communication directly in the platform and provides easy access to all material during the warranty period. Warranty Mode is included when the warranty module is purchased, but can also be activated separately per project for a fixed fee.

How it works
- All organizations have access to the ‘Basic’ tendering offer by default.
- If you want to access more tender processes you can purchase our ‘Advanced’ offer.
- The number of active tenders is determined by your license, just like the number of projects or properties.

Open bidding process
In this process, the identities of the bidders are known throughout the entire process, allowing for clarification, negotiation, and adjustments to bids. Open bidding process is mainly used for private procurements.
- Bidders are not anonymous during the tender process
- Bid details and prices are visible before the submission deadline
- The bids can be downloaded and evaluated at any time, even if they are not finalized
- Q&A is anonymous to other bidders, but the administrator can see who asked a question
- Open tendering is standard and always included in our eTendering solution.

Sealed bid process
Sealed bidding process is commonly used in public sector. The bids are submitted in a sealed format and kept confidential until submission deadline.
- Bidders are not anonymous during the tender process
- Bid details and prices are hidden before the submission deadline
- Q&A is anonymous to other bidders, but the administrator can see who asked a question
- Sealed can be purchased as an add-on.
