    What happens if my projects grow and the construction value rises above what I have chosen?
    

    You can increase or decrease your construction value at any time by contacting us and we will make sure that you get a new value.
    

    Does it cost anything to add participants to my projects?
    

    No, iBinder is a collaborative platform and we want you to be able to invite anyone who contributes to your project without worrying about extra costs.
    

    What is iBinder's refund policy?
    

    In order for you to know what you are buying from us, we have a trial period of 14 days. Then you can test and see how you best use our platform. You can extend or cancel your agreement at any time, then just contact our support via support@ibinder.com.
    

    How can I pay?
    

    You can pay by card or invoice, and you choose whether you want to subscribe and pay monthly or annually. 
    

    How long is the cancellation period and does the subscription renew automatically?
    

    Yes, the subscription renews automatically. For those who subscribe monthly, there is a 30-day notice period. If you subscribe annually, you need to cancel the agreement 30 days before the renewal date.
    

    What is the fastest way to learn iBinder?
    

    Our platform is built on simplicity and there is no onboarding required to learn iBinder.
