Every year, iBinder Group participates in the Great Place to Work survey, the world’s largest employee study and the only global certification that measures workplace culture. Through the Trust Index survey, we gain a clear picture of how our employees experience their workplace, based on five key dimensions: credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie.

This year’s results once again highlight the strength of our culture. To be certified, at least 70 percent of employees must consider the workplace to be truly great, and this year we reached an impressive 86 percent. This is proof that our colleagues trust their leaders, enjoy working with their peers, and feel proud of the work we accomplish together.

Being certified several years in a row means a lot to us. It confirms that our culture remains strong, even as we grow and evolve. With a solid culture as our foundation, we can continue to develop long-term and create value for our customers every day.
