If you have questions regarding invoicing, email iBinder support and describe your case. We will contact you as soon as possible.
This may include issues such as
• Incorrect invoice information
• Incorrect references
• Change of payer
• Credits
• Invoice contents
To makes things easier for us, if the issue is related to a specific binder, include its Binder ID (unique for each binder in the system). You can find the binder’s ID by clicking on the arrows as outlined below (red arrows for iBinder, green arrow for Classic):
