Simpler and Smarter Contract Management in iBinder
We’ve improved Contracts in iBinder to make it easier to register, find, manage, and follow up on contracts – with less administration and better visibility.
From contract document to registered contract – with less manual work
We’re now introducing AI-powered contract registration.
Instead of manually entering information that is already included in a contract document, you can upload the contract and let iBinder read the document and suggest relevant information, such as dates, contracting parties, and other contract details.
You review the suggestions, make adjustments if needed, and approve them before the contract is saved. The document is also automatically attached.
This means less time spent on manual registration and better conditions for complete and accurate contract information.
AI-powered contract registration will initially be launched as an add-on service for selected organizations.

But registration isn’t the only thing we’ve made easier
The AI functionality is part of a broader improvement to Contracts in iBinder. The entire experience has been updated to make it easier to get an overview, find the right contract, keep information up to date, and see what requires attention.
Better overview
Search, filter, and sort the contract list, and choose which information you want to display.
Easier management
Create and edit contracts without leaving the list, attach files directly during registration, and specify multiple responsible persons, contract value, and currency.
Manage multiple contracts at once
Select multiple contracts and update shared information in one go – such as the responsible person, category, or contract terms.
Better follow-up
Export the contract list and receive a notification when you are assigned responsibility for a contract.
Easier collaboration
Search and sort documents within the contract and reply to comments directly in threads.
All existing contracts will automatically remain available in the new experience – no information needs to be moved or migrated.
